ENS/HTTC entrance examination 2020 is a concour written at 2 levels which are 1st and 2nd cycles. First cycle is for advanced level holders while second cycle is for bachelor degree holders. ENS/HTTC is found in 4 regions in Cameroon which are;
HTTC Bambili under the University of Bamenda
ENS Maroua under the University of Maroua
ENS Yaounde Under the University of Yaounde 1
ENS Beroua Under the University of Yaounde 1
HTTC stands for Higher Teachers Training College, a school own by the government to train General Education Secondary School Teachers in Cameroon.
The government of Cameroon every year launches these entrance examination through the Minister of Higher Education so as to train and employ thousands of young patriots to teach in government secondary schools in different subjects. Training subjects includes; Mathematics, History, biology, French, English, Law, Guidance Counseling, Geography, Economics, Physics, Chemistry, Philosophy and others.
Who is eligible to write ens ENS/HTTC entrance examination 2020?
To register for the 1st cycle for the ENS/HTTC entrance examination 2020, candidate must be a holder of the GCE ordinary and advanced level certificates or equivalent. Candidate must not be more than 30 years when calculated from the 1st of January 2020.
To register for the ENS/HTTC entrance examination 2020 into second cycle, candidates is expected to be a holder of a Bachelor Degree in the required field and be a Cameroonian. Candidate is expected to not be more than 32 years of age when calculated from 1st January 2020.
Registration Procedure and Evaluation
The registration procedures are different per the different training schools and evaluation method too is define by the various training school. The entrance examinations usually constitutes a writing parts and/or oral part.
