Training College (HTTC ENS) and Higher Technical Teacher Training College (HTTTC ENSET).

HEREBY ORDERS AS FOLLOWS:
Article 1:
A competitive entrance examination into year one of the second Cycle of the Higher Teachers’ Training College Bambili, the University of Bamenda, for the 2021/2022 academic year has been launched in the following Departments and in accordance with the number of places available as shown in the table below
Article 2:
The competition is open in a single session to Cameroonians of both sexes who meet the following conditions:
-Be a holder of a Bachelor’s Degree or a “License” corresponding to the requested department or a diploma recognized as equivalent by the Ministry of Higher Education.
Article 3:
–Foreign candidates may be authorized to compete under the same academic conditions and within the limits of available places, in accordance with the regulations in force.
–Candidates who are not civil servants must be 32 years of age at most on January 1, 2019.
Article 4:
-The application files must include the following documents:
- An online registration form available at HTTC Bambili , in the Regional Delegations of Secondary Education and on the MINESUP website : http://www.minesup.gov.cm . and www.httcbambili.com or
- pre-registration can be done online on the ENS Bambili website : www.httc-registration.unibda.net .
3. A certified copy of birth certificate. typed and not older than six (6) months.
4 Transcripts for levels I, II and III of the Bachelor’s Degree or the “License” signed or certified by the competent academic authorities.
5. A certified true copy of the Bachelor’s Degree or “License” or the diploma recognized as equivalent by the Minister of Higher Education, dated not more than six (6) months.
6. An extract from the criminal record (bulletin n ° 3) dated less than three (3) months ( A certificate of non-conviction)
7. A medical certificate issued by a doctor of the Administration( A doctor from a public hospital) attesting that the candidate is physically and mentally fit for the exercise of the teaching function .
8. A receipt upon payment of twenty thousand (20,000frs) cfa as non-refundable examination fee, issued by NFC BANK SA-: Account No. 0301730101738719 or gold HTTC Bambili MTN MOBILE MONEY ACCOUNT No . No other method of payment will be accepted.
9. A large envelope stamped at the current rate, bearing the candidate’s exact information.
10. Two identical passport size photographs.
11. An authorization from the Minister of Basic Education, the Minister of Secondary Education or the Minister of Higher Education, as the case may be, for internal candidates( civil servants already working and in full service)
Article 5:
- Candidates with foreign diplomas or certificates must present either the equivalence order or the receipt for the filing of the equivalence, issued by the Minister of Higher Education. In case of definitive admission to the ENS, they will be requested to produce the document within a given time frame.
Article 6:
All complete files must be submitted to HTTC admission office Bambili or designated centers in the ten regions (Regional Delegations for Secondary Education latest Wednesday, October 06, 2021 .
Article 7:
(1)The examination shall comprise two written papers (70%) and a study of candidate’s academic profile (30%)
.
(2) The school note will be taken into account only at the end of the oral exams as part of the final admissions.
Article 8:
- The written test will take place on Sunday, October 09, 2021 at the Bambili, Bafoussam, Buea, Douala, Ebolowa, Ngaoundere and Yaounde examination centers .
Article 9:
The syllabuses for the written examination of HTTC ENS Bambili 2nd Cycle Entrance To Year One 2021/2022 are the same as for the Bachelor’s degree or “licence” and the papers or subjects are specified per department as indicated in the table below:

Article 10:
-Each written examination paper is scored from zero to twenty (0 – 20). Any mark less than five (05) is eliminatory.
-At the end of the written tests, the jury draws up and publishes by series and in alphabetical order the list of candidates who succeed.
Article 11:
Academic performance is established considering the following;
– The age of the candidate.
-The number of years spent to obtain the Bachelor’s Degree or ”License”.
-Marks obtained at Levels I, II and III (LEVELS 200,300 and 400) of the Bachelor’s Degree or the “License” in the specialty subjects.
Article 12:
-At the end of the oral test, the jury draws up by series and in order of merit the list of successful candidates for final admission.
-The final results are published by the Minister of Higher Education. Under no circumstances can there be any postponement of eligibility or admission from one year to the next.
Article 13:
The Vice Chancellor of the University of Bamenda, the Director of University Accreditations and Quality control and the Director of the Higher Teacher’s Training College,Bambili, eachin his or her own sphere, are responsible for the implementation of this Order which shall be registered, then published in English and French wherever necessary .
