President of Republic of Rwanda, Paul Kagame has stated that Africans leader must wake up from their slumber.
Kagame said while will Chinese want to enslave African with their loans.
President Kagame said the Chinese will give Africans loans and wanted the loans to be pay back with values and resources.
According to Kagame,”Why should someone print paper and hand them over to us as money and let us payback, not with a paper which we also
have a right to print?
“Instead we are required to pay these paper loans in values, resources and efforts!
“I have come to the realization that this is an act of modern slavery and
colonization.
“Now African must Wake up from slumber”.
